Hello all! Here’s my latest political cartoon for Cagle Cartoons.
I remember being so shocked when my mom told me when I was a little kid "you know, that lady's been to jail."
At least Martha Stewart had the taste to attempt partaking in insider trading out of the public eye. Trump and his cronies are just doing it in plain sight while the rest of us sweat at the newly unpredictable fate of our hard-earned investments.
I put a ton of thought into what the grammatical form of "insider trading" would be to gesture to a noun for "one who partakes in insider trading." "Martha Stewart, former insider trader" just doesn't sound right to me. If I'm wrong I'm wrong.

Would have helped if she'd been a man too
Martha Stewart wasn’t convicted of Insider Trading (or securities fraud) but for trying to cover it up by lying, obstruction of justice, and conspiracy.
