As Democrats hit their stride in the race to the presidency with Harris and Walz, they need to remember the threats they might not be seeing.

There’s the margin of Trump voters who won’t show their faces in polls until November. There’s the growing conversation about the gender gap between Republican and Democratic voters. There’s ongoing economic fluctuation. There are questions, justified or not, about Tim Walz’s statements on his military record. Dems cannot get complacent.

It bodes like a sick blend of six or seven different Aesop’s Fables about bad race performance and hubris.
